It’s big and spacious. Pool area is good and it’s calm. Well appointed, but needs some updating. Overall, very relaxing and calm.

West facing balcony is very big, can be very hot (July) and the ac fans make a lot of noise. The flat is pretty well set up and well fitted but some aspects need to be updated. Plumbing not good, hot water pressure is very low, you can work around those. Whatever about the flat, the management company, DreamAlgarve are a total waste of time, completely useless, totally unhelpful and rude. Why? 1. Had to collect a key from their office, about a mile away from flat. 2. No user manual for the property and nobody to show you around the place or how things operate. 3. Did not respond to issues including patio door locks that didn’t work 4. Provided no cleaning products whatsoever for the kitchen and miserly small shower gel 5. Requested guests to cleanup and dispose of rubbish. 6. Didn’t provide keys or wristbands for pool access and had to get separately from property manager. 7. Advertised as having a bbq. There was none.

Espaçoso e condomínio limpo

Gestão péssima, tivemos de ligar imensas vezes para nos dizerem onde tinhamos de fazer o check in e levantar as chaves, as informações sobre as regras do condomínio completamente erradas, os termos de responsabilidade com cláusulas ridículas onde todas incluíam multas surreais, onde exigiam muito e acabamos por ter vizinhos completamente desrespeitosos e barulhentos. O que safou foi a piscina e a casa em si.

Good location. Apartment very spacious

Showers need urgent upgrade impossible to have decent shower in either bathroom. Pool very cold used to be heated so was disappointing. Beds very hard needs new mattresses.
