Summertime Beach Apt

La terrasse était super .l’appartement était assez grand et propre . Personne très serviable . Commerce de proximité a 2 min à pied ainsi que la plage à 4 min à pied . Bon emplacement

Tout était bien

L’appartement est grand, bien aménagé. Le point fort pour moi est la super terrasse. Non seulement il était très agréable d’y prendre un café mais en plus la terrasse et les arbres devant protègent bien l’appartement de soleil. On y était au moment d’une canicule et pourtant on a jamais eu besoin d’utiliser la climatisation. Un autre point fort l’appartement est très calme.

RAS concernant l’appartement lui-même. Le seul bémol de notre séjour des travaux dans le voisinage, pas de bruit mais une partie de la rue d’accès était en mauvais état et coupée pour la circulation ce qui perturbait des taxis et Uber qui ne savaient pas comment arriver jusqu’à la résidence. Apparement ces travaux devraient se terminer bientôt.

Wygodne łóżka, fantastyczny taras, dobra lokalizacja niedaleko plaży Znjan. W apartamencie jest cicho, mimo wielu prac przebiegających opodal. Dostępna jest pralka, z której można skorzystać (wprawdzie bez proszku, ale jest). :) Z przyjemnością spędziliśmy czas w apartamencie, zdecydowanie polecam i sama chętnie bym wróciła.

Apartament nie należy do najnowszych, przydałby się już remont łazienki. Część naczyń w kuchni nie była czysta, trzeba je było umyć przed użyciem. Brudna była też zmywarka. Być może nie zostało to doczyszczone po poprzednich gościach, nie widziałam tu podobnych opinii, więc może po prostu nie mieliśmy szczęścia pod tym kątem. Brakowało mi szamponu lub żelu do mycia ciała. Apartament - jak praktycznie wszystkie obiekty w Splicie - znajduje się na górze, trzeba się więc przygotować na małą wspinaczkę wracając z plaży.

The outdoor terrace- except for the construction noise that was constant. The apartment was otherwise (inside) fine.

There is massive constitution everywhere surrounding the apartment and constant noise- even on weekends. There is dust and blocked roads because of this. The owner did not inform us about this- although the constitution has been constant for over a year. It is a 15 minute car (uber) to the main areas of the city- but this area offers no relaxation due to the construction- so you might as well stay in the city center!
