The receptionist was amazing, helpful and very informative Made our stay memorable Just loved her from the get go so accomodating The whole grounds, cabin and facilities were exceptional High reccomend

The cabin was quite good except for the broken shower head which leaked, not just dripped but full on ran water and could not be turned off properly.

Already paid we arrived at 4.30pm. The 'new' manager, who we never saw, had a sign on the door closing at 4pm today (instead of 6pm) and a telephone number. Tried the number, no answer, left a message. Another resident came past and said he closed early yesterday, too. Someone else with a cabin booked and paid came along. We're all standing around waiting someone came past and said "I'll ring him he'll probably answer me I'm supposed to meet him at the pub". They organised to get the previous manager to come from home and sort us out. Which she did with efficiency, calm and grace. Several hours later my original call was returned and the 'new' manager said he didn't know he had the phone on silent so didn't get the calls. Pull the other one mate.

The Harbour views were great and it was a short walk into town and out to the jetty and water park.

Everything was good.

At about 8.30-10am i didn't have running water which was definitely not ideal as I intended on having a nice shower before starting my day and checking out
