    Staying at Beachside Units at Horseshoe Bay was the perfect spot for 2 nights. Unit was very tidy clean self contained everything you needed. Bed comfortable. Walking tracks close to beach

    Just a simple night away from the norm, we rode our bike the couple of hours north to the beautiful Bowen and spent the night. Our accommodation was in the perfect spot for us; we walked onto the beach from practically our front door and wondered along looking at coral. Our dinner that night we put the light deck chairs on the beach and shared fish and chips bought locally and a few quiet beers and just enjoyed the view. We could walk to horseshoe bay, so beautiful! for breakfast the next morning and strolled on the beach and chatted with a few local dog walkers, then off on the slow ride home taking in the lovely cool weather for riding. Such a wonderful spot to have on our doorstep.

    Easy book in and shown to a top floor unit with a big balcony that overlooks a nice garden and beach. The unit does not have lifts and if stairs are a problem ask for a ground floor unit. Too cold to try the above ground pool but looks ideal for summer cool down.
