La posizione, proprio lungomare.
La struttura è spartana, con arredi molto economici. Non ho trovato nulla all'arrivo, nemmeno sapone per lavarsi le mani o detergente per pulire. È un'appartamento, ma ti devi portare tutto o comprarlo. La biancheria ha un costo a parte.

Sicuramente il balcone vista mare, la posizione della casa. La disponibilità e l'accoglienza del personale.
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, il bagno piccolo, ma per le vacanze al mare va benissimo.
