wouldnt stay again unfortunately. When i raised the issues, there was no apology and was made to fe
location was good, right near 2 shops and a garage for petrol etc.. secure location, surrounded by houses etc. near to amenities aswell.
very unclean, overall cleanliness was very poor the house had a strange smell to it.. the mop was full of dust, hair and grit and dirt the door handles were sticky the handles in the bedroom on the wardrobes were unclean aswell and felt sticky. When i raised the issues, there was no apology and was made to feel that I wasn't telling the truth as their cleaners 'had contracts with doctors surgerys and other business too'.. I send about 20 images of the house, the handles, the floor, the mop, and the skirting board, so many pictures.. even then no apology - I had to say I was dissatisfied and I wasn't happy about it.. only then after I said it they apologised.

Location, size of the accommodation
Good location and quite specious but decor is very very old, poor quality beds (look like from 70s) and in general everything looked old.. But my main concern was how dirty the place was... especially in the pandemic
