I liked that the apartment was very warm and welcoming.

Everything was ok until other people moved in on the stairs and started making noise, shouting, banging on the door, etc.

Very pleasant except from smell in bathroom…because the bedroom is en-suite our son had to come into bedroom to use toil

It was big enough for the 3 of us and value for money

The bathroom had a very bad of damp and we had stuff to put down it to try get rid of the smell and had to buy an air freshener

Basic features missing but very comfortable

Very clean, lovely people, quiet, comfortable beds,

No bath, and the shower was tiny, so not accessible. no intercom or tradesmen’s entrance so couldn’t let people in to visit or receive post or parcels, medication etc, which is extremely important. Has I known this, I wouldn’t have booked it. I was charged £182.80 for 4 nights. I was there 3 nights. They claim the cleaning took a lot longer than usual, but there was only one bed to change, I had only been there 3 days, there was no mess anywhere-everything was in bags and boxes, and they said they threw away perishable food. Firstly why were they going through my packed things, and secondly, all that was left there was some chocolate that had a best before date of December this year, and some slim fast snacks which are best before some date next year as only just purchased them a week or two ago. They ended the agreement, even though I wouldn’t have required anything off them, I would have returned with a care package. They put my things in a damp place, and the apartment is still on booking.com as vacant, so they could have left the stuff neatly in the flat after the clean to be collected, rather than potentially damaged.

It was clean and comfortable

There was problems with the office. Saying they are going to charge me $60 extra for coming 1 hour late in there contract it does mention a $30 late fee not $60 so that wasn't professional when the lady on the phone tried charging double.

Don't ever pay deposit for this location , they use lies to not to return it to your deposit... I loose all may 300 £ on that poor quality flat ... never refunded

Check the face basin taps! Otherwise you will loose your £200 deposit!

The apartment had 2 beds and they were comfortable enough.

The bathroom !!!!!! Awful! Firstly! whoever is planning on booking this apartment you absolutely MUST, MUST check the face basin taps as they weren't turning off and they owner's have it that way to keep your deposit! Let me explain! The taps are all screwable parts which separates at the slightly touch and they do not turn off easily. Omg! The place almost floody twice and we reported immediately and they advised us that the cleaner stated its been working well and there was no problem! Fuming!!! Thank God my husband is in the property business as they kept saying we broke it however when we highlighted to the the facts and that we knew what they were up to they offered to fix but apparently the plumber had covid so for the almost 2 weeks we were there we could not use the face basin due to partially fixed taps that does not turn off !!! After sending multiple emails my deposit was returned. The shower is so small...I'm a size 12 and have to turn side ways to get in and out of it!

avoid - check in procedure will put you off

Property functional but small quite area

most cumbersome enrolment in my 20 years of booking accommodations, bombardment of e-mails with all sorts of id's, £200 deposit, signed paperwork, phone calls - absolutely unreal and for what? The host experiences must have been horrendous. Included parking is street parking, included Wifi only if you phone and asked and then it comes as booster, check in not when you want it, but when they tell you somebody will swing by with keys. Say priory to departure reminded to clean, including oven ?!?

Everything what you need is in one place. Basically all service is in one street.

There is a lot of smells from 5pm to 22pm I think it's coming from Indian takeout food. A lot of noises from street.
