While on the outside the building looked old like the rest of the neighborhood… the inside was wonderfully modern and clean. The breakfast menu was wonderful and the service excellent. The staff are all very kind and caring. The food options in the neighbors were plenty. Food in Sicily over all tasted amazing. The location was walking distance to the elephant square, Benedictine monastery and the Catania cathedral.

The location and the staff could not be improved. I felt so well cared for and in short walking distance to anything I wanted or needed. The room has two skylights but no window for a view. That said, it’s very quiet and peaceful as the walls are very thick.
Getting in and out of the property was challenging with suitcases and such. This is not a location for anyone with mobility concerns. While there is an elevator, the entrance requires four separate doors with codes or keys and a narrow set of stairs to the rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was easy to find, very central to everything but a bit removed from everything as well so it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was great with an option of sweet or savoury.
