Casale Milleluci - Country House

Veronica, Cesare und Emilio waren sehr nette und angenehme Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau meinen Bedürfnissen und Erwartungen, und ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Für meine Reisepläne war die Lage ideal: Von hier aus konnte ich sowohl Orte an der Küste als auch viele Städte im Landesinneren der Marken besuchen. Gleichzeitig war die Unterkunft nach meinen Ausflügen ein wunderbar ruhiger Rückzugsort. Besonders genossen habe ich die Ruhe – es ist fast wie Urlaub auf der Alm. In der Nacht hört man keinen Autolärm und keine anderen störenden Geräusche, sondern nur das Zirpen der Grillen. Wer die Marken mit dem Auto erkunden und am Abend Ruhe genießen möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Le cadre est magnifique. Le logement est joliment apprêté, très fonctionnel au moindre détail. Les extérieurs sont agréables et invitent à la détente. Cesare et Veronica sont des hôtes perfectionnistes et disponibles. Nous les remercions pour tous leurs efforts à la pratique de la langue française. La mer, les marchés, les restaurants, le supermarché et l'immersion dans les soirées italiennes ne sont qu'à une quinzaine de minutes. Encore merci pour ces deux semaines de vacances reposantes, confortables et bénéfiques.

The views were amazing and hosts welcoming

Inside the apartment was very basic - for example, no hair dryer or air conditioning. Only a small mirror in the bathroom no other mirror. No wardrobe, just a hanging rail. Only basic cooking equipment. The road to the property is a steep farm track- very difficult to mount, especially when it poured with rain and not good for the car’s suspension. Soundproofing not good as you could hear conversations from the next apartment when in the bathroom.

The accommodation matched exactly our requirements for a peaceful stay in the countryside. There are wonderful views of the countryside and amazing tranquility. Everything is new and beautifully clean, the rooms are tastefully decorated. We did not miss anything in the kitchen. The hosts Els and Wim are nice people and were helpful whenever we had a question or needed something. P.S.: For the drivers. I read somewhere in the reviews here that the driveway can be a bit of a challenge. On the other hand, it is well paved and gravelled so there is no mud. We made it completely fine with our 2018 VW Golf with front wheel drive, low profile tires and made it back and forth several times without any mental or physical damage :)
