House immersed in the Marche countryside, surrounded by olive trees and small plots of land not used for intensive cultivation, far from intense communication routes, therefore rich in native fauna. the house is 500 meters from the town of Scapezzano, with a vast panorama (from San Marino, the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini). Ideal structure for families with children, animals on request

The farmhouse was a perfect location for us. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The property sits on the hills of Scappazanno and the views are breathtaking. This farmhouse was in the country but only a 10 minute drive to Senigallia. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The kitchen was perfect with a gas stove and refrigerator. We had an outside patio with a rooftop that provided protection from the sun. There was a washing machine which came in very handy! We would definitely stay here again.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage unterhalb von Scapezzano. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und im Bad steht eine Waschmaschine. Zugang zur Wohnung über das Schlafzimmer. Das Bad ist über das Kinderzimmer erreichbar.
Zufahrt vorbei am Hotel Bel Sit und dann weiter auf einem geschottern Weg bis zum Haus.
Die Vermieterfamilie wohnt im Nachbareingang und berät einen gerne.
Schöne Terrasse und Grünfläche mit Schaukel und anderen Spielgeräten für kleine Kinder.
Die Vermieter haben Hunde und Katzen und im Garten sind Hühner, Gänse und Ziegen sowie Obst- und Olivenbäume.
Blick über die Hügellandschaft.
Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Dorf oben.
Wir waren nur 3 Nächte hier auf der Rückfahrt vom Süden nach Hause und haben den Zwischenstopp als Urlaubsabschluss genossen.
Das seheswerte Ortszentrum und auch der Strand von Senigallia sind schnell zu erreichen.

Certamente ritorneremo in questa splendida casa vacanza immersa nel verde degli ulivi , ci siamo sentiti a casa . Appartamento pulito, comodo con cucina attrezzata la vista panoramica meravigliosa. I proprietari e i loro figli persone cordiali disponibili premurosi e che dire di Furia e Ambroc è stato veramente un soggiorno indimenticabile . Un consiglio una piccola piscina sarebbe l'ideale. Torneremo presto perchè quando ci si sente a casa non si può non tornare Marta e Maurizio

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa proprietà una settimana a Luglio. I padroni di casa Susy e Vasco molto ospitali e disponibili. Sono stati attenti e sempre pronti a risolvere qualche dubbio o a darci consigli sui posti da visi tare nella loro bella regione. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene e ringraziamo Susy per le sue tagliatelle e Simone e Andrea per le ottime pizze. Consigliamo questa proprietà nella bella campagna marchigiana ma a soli dieci minuti dal mare dove ci svegliavamo con il canto degli uccellini. Bellissimo. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere. Carla e famiglia.
