The owner is super extra nice and we spent 1 night there.
3 sofa beds in a small living room is too much: one could be easily thrown away.

Localização muito boa próximo à praia e a supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes e etc!
O banheiro concentra os maiores problemas: por ser a única opção da casa e ficar dentro do quarto, gera um transtorno enorme para quem dorme na sala e também para quem está no quarto. Para completar, a máquina de lavar fica espremida dentro dele e, como pegamos dias frios no Rio, sofremos com o chuveiro que não esquentava. Somado a isso, havia um mau cheiro constante vindo do exterior, com odor de esgoto, cuja fonte não foi possível identificar!
