The breakfast was always the same. Some cakes were dry.
If there were not a lot of stairs which were uneven. No access if somebody was in a wheelchair.

The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help. Everything was perfectly organized, and their tour organization was 👍. Everything ran right on time, and the entire experience was wonderful.
The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was peacefully tucked away from the heavy city noise while still being close to everything, offering an absolutely incredible view!

Only location & structure are good.
Staff, service & breakfast has to improve a lot. Only one staff Murad was good we felt.
