Everything was great! I booked it very spontaneously on the day of arrival and still I could checkin even earlier at 12:30pm - everything is like in the photos. On my first day it was raining a lot so I spent more time than intended in the apartment and it is really comfortable.
The location is amazing, just next to the old town.
After checkout I could store my luggage with the family who lives next door - everyone is very friendly and speaks good English. 10/10 would come back!

Great stay, location at top of staircase, close to old town. We walked from bus station to unit and walked to train station upon leaving. Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, highly recommend.

It was really close to old town and Mostar bridge. Interior design was confortable.
Air conditioner was not working in heating mode. After turning it on for 20 mins it just blows cold air. And if it works somehow it creates a terrible noise. So you have to shut it down to sleep.
Hot water was also a problem. If you take a shower more than 5 minutes, hor water just runs out.
Another issue is laundry. They charge 10 euros for laundry. They don’t even have a drying machine. I gave my clothes around 10 in the evening. I waited till 10 in the morning but nobody gave me my clothes and I had to pick them up. Some of them were still wet.
