The room was nicely furnished and modern. It has a nice balcony. It is located in the center of Varna.
The check-in and check-out was cumbersome.
Check-in. We didn’t receive a response on our messages as we asked for the time and instructions (we wrote in the messagetool of booking.com). As we called, everything worked ok.
Check-out. As we asked (already at the check-in), how the check-out works (we told them our estimated check-out time of 8.30 am), they told us, that we have to call 30 minutes before leaving to meet again. We called eight (!) times: the first one didn’t speak English, the next one didn’t know, if we can meet in or outside of the apartment and said he will call back, what he didn’t do… in the end, we decided to leave the keys in the apartment and left, so that we didn’t miss our flight.
Be aware before booking, that it is kind of hotel room and not really an apartment (no kitchen). (For us it was ok, we stayed only one night.)
WLAN is very slow and disconnected several times.
