The best part about this property is the view, the location and the garden, nice and spacious.

The most unpleasant fact was that only two out of the four rooms were open, the other two were locked. Indeed we were only 3 guests however we have paid for the entire villa and our reservation specified four rooms. Since we pay the same for the villa regardless how many of us stay we should benefit of the whole villa. Secondly, the wi-fi did not connect, on none of our phones and neither on the laptop, not on the ground floor not on the first floor. Thirdly, the kitchen was not really clean and was quite smelly also the dishes looked kind of dirty. The rooms were ok from a cleanliness standpoint. Lastly, our interaction with the host was quite difficult, the location from booking is not accurate so we had to request it additionally, she was not english speaking, and also the heating was stopped and it was quite cold during our stay and she never asked us if we need heating or told us hot to get the heating going as part of our initial interaction.
