    Excellent hotel and staff recommend that they maintain the highest level of cleanliness. The room had food particles under the bed (kurkure) probably left behind by the previous guest.

    Our stay at Radisson Blu Karjat was satisfactory due to the weather, the location of the place( among hills and a river). The staff was courteous. The food was a let down at some places ( you expect a certain standard if you are paying so much for a buffet). The rooms were comfortable. Facilities at the resort were up to the mark...our 2 year old has a great time playing slides..swings... indoor activities and the pool... overall a good experience.

    Extremely Disappointing and Potentially Unsafe Experience Our recent stay at Radisson Hotel Karjat, which was meant to be a special birthday and weekend getaway, turned into a highly disappointing experience due to a serious issue that should never occur at a property claiming to be a 5-star hotel. During our stay, dirty blackish-brown water started flowing from multiple faucets, including the bathroom taps and bathtub. The water had a foul, unpleasant odor and appeared visibly contaminated. As a result, we were unable to take a bath or use the water with confidence during our stay. What is most concerning is that this is not merely an inconvenience—it is a potential health and safety hazard. India faces numerous water-borne diseases, and guests should never be exposed to water that appears contaminated and emits a foul smell. Seeing such water flow directly from the hotel's plumbing raises serious questions regarding water quality management, maintenance standards, and guest safety protocols. Even more worrying was the uncertainty around whether the same water supply was being used elsewhere within the property, including food preparation, kitchen operations, or other guest facilities. As paying guests, we had no way of knowing whether the issue was isolated or systemic. We immediately brought the matter to the attention of the hotel management and documented the issue through videos. While the problem was acknowledged, no meaningful resolution, explanation, goodwill gesture, or compensation was provided despite the significant inconvenience and discomfort caused during our stay. For a hotel operating under an internationally recognized brand and charging premium rates, this level of service failure is unacceptable. Guests choose a 5-star property expecting high standards of hygiene, safety, maintenance, and customer care. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below those expectations. We sincerely hope the management conducts a thorough investigation into the property's water quality systems and takes corrective action to ensure future guests do not face similar issues. Until then, prospective guests should be aware of this experience and consider the potential risks before booking. Videos and photographic evidence of the contaminated water have been retained and can be shared if required.
