The house is on the hill with a charming view of the sea and distant Batumi. It is close to a large botanical garden that is worth a visit. A bit further away, there are some hiking places. I used the bus 10A to get to Batumi. The bus stop is about 5 minutes walking away.
The room had a convenient separate entrance from the terrace where delicious breakfasts were served and where it was possible to relax after a busy day.
Hosts are caring and warm people.

Nice location and beautiful views. Breakfast was great!
Room was clean, but the bathroom was so smelly that it was difficult to even use it. Host doesn't speak any english, but otherwise communicating was ok.

Loved the hostess. She was delightfull. Although we had no Georgian and she had no English, she went out of her way to make us comfortable. Her daughter in law was exceptionally helpful as she spoke English well. Breakfasts were brilliant. View and the room was on point.
Only one comment but not a complaint. I would consider umbrella's for the rooms adjacent to the one we were in, with seating and a small screen for primacy.
