Located across from the beach - very convenient. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the a beautiful view. Rooms are clean, mattresses comfortable.
The owner is super nice - we could call any time with a question, she was always ready to help.
There are a few grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
It’s a comfortable place for a family vacation - everyone could be together but independent if needed.
One building doesn’t have an elevator, so if anyone in your group has mobility issues you should contact the property to discuss this.
We had rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor, but the owner was very accommodating and found a room for my parents on the second floor instead of the fourth. We were very thankful for that!

Midia House to dwa budynki bardzo blisko plaży. Okolica jest spokojna. Standard nowszego budynku, w którym spaliśmy był bardzo wysoki - pokoje są pięknie urządzone. Klimatyczne podwórze z basenem. Obsługa znakomita, w stałym kontakcie - ogromne podziękowania za gościnność, wyrozumiałość, cierpliwość i starania, aby nasz pobyt był taki, jaki sobie wymarzyliśmy. Śniadania bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, na sali z widokiem na zielony rezerwat w Kobuleti.

Самый большой плюс этого отеля - расположение. До моря буквально пару шагов. Персонал очень вежливый, все просьбы сразу выполнялись.
Номер вроде недавно отремонтировали, но не продумали, как сделать его более комфортным. Шкаф не закрывается, вешалок мало. Душевая как таковая отсутствует, просто сделали сток в полу. Недостаточно розеток, ни чайник включить, ни гаджеты зарядить. Уборка в номере только по просьбе. Берег не обустроен, грязь, отсутствие раздевалок и душевых. Собственных шезлонгов у отеля нет.
