Tenuta Mosè Charming House&Relais Gallipoli

A truly beautiful property with an idyllic pool and garden which makes it hard to leave. The family and staff who run it were exceptionally helpful, especially Arianna. Breakfast is very generously a la carte with friendly and attentive service by Matteo. The rooms are all unique with lots of space and in many cases spa baths. Some are in the main building and others are in another equally interesting building among the vineyards. Dante the Weimaraner is a very friendly presence around the main house, even when asleep in a leather armchair. We loved it.

The Tenuta was perfect. The surrounding area is not as pretty as other parts of Puglia. Gallipoli is worth a visit but parking is competitive, especially in the port. However within 30 minutes drive you have Lecce (beautiful), the Ionian beaches which are generally lovely and Santa Maria di Leuca which is charming and a seafood destination. It's a good base for all those.

Our stay at Tenuta Mosè was nothing short of extraordinary — the kind of experience that stays with you long after you leave. Their kindness, attention, and genuine love for what they do elevated every moment of our stay. The property itself is breathtaking — a dreamlike oasis surrounded by ancient olive groves and golden light. Every corner is perfection, from the elegant suites to the gardens, pool, and serene atmosphere that feels like time stands still. And the food… absolutely spectacular. Every meal was a celebration of flavor and passion — from the freshly baked breads and garden-picked vegetables to the unforgettable wine pairings and desserts that were almost too beautiful to eat. Dining here felt less like a meal and more like a love letter to Puglia. The entire team was incredible — warm, intuitive, and endlessly accommodating. Adriana and her family went above and beyond in every possible way — anticipating needs before we even spoke them, sharing stories, and making every moment personal. Tenuta Mosè isn’t just a stay — it’s an experience of beauty, generosity, and authenticity. It’s a place that captures your heart, restores your spirit, and reminds you of the joy of slowing down and savoring life. We left completely in love with this place and the wonderful people who make it what it is. We can’t wait to return — and honestly, we’re already dreaming about it. ❤️
