The property itself is breathtaking — a dreamlike oasis surrounded by ancient olive groves and golden light. Every corner is perfection, from the elegant suites to the gardens, pool, and serene atmosphere that feels like time stands still. And the food… absolutely spectacular. Every meal was a celebration of flavor and passion — from the freshly baked breads and garden-picked vegetables to the unforgettable wine pairings and desserts that were almost too beautiful to eat. Dining here felt less like a meal and more like a love letter to Puglia. The entire team was incredible — warm, intuitive, and endlessly accommodating. Adriana and her family went above and beyond in every possible way — anticipating needs before we even spoke them, sharing stories, and making every moment personal.
