My stay was dirty, sweaty, smelly and itchy..,

The photos of the room advertised on booking.com bear absolutely no resemblance to the room I was given. There was limited availability in Hamburg and hotels were priced accordingly, but despite the price of Euro500 for 1 night I chose Boarding House Mundsburg because of the photos - The room/bed looked OK/nice and I was only staying 1 night on business. It definitely wasn't ok and certainly not for Euro500 night! That is plain and simply false advertising and I will not be using Booking.com in the future.

Nice apartment for good price with self check in

Not only was the accomodation comfortable, nice, clean and for good money but we appreciated most the easy self check in as we arrived late night.

The kitchen setup was perfect for our short trip. Everything worked fine too.

The location was the only thing I would complain about. Since it wa so loud at night we had to keep the windows closed. If having to do so, it would be great to have an option of an AC.

It was just what we wanted, a base from where to explore Hamburg.

Nice property in a good location. Close to transport links which in Hamburg are great. Warm and comfortable. We got sheets changed and towels refreshed after two nights and we weren't expecting it. Very good windows and curtains kept out the traffic noise and light .

Property looking a little tired in places ( loose light fitting, one bulb out, damaged kettle spout). Given two years of Covid though I'm sure it's just because there has been less travelling recently so less income to spend on such things. We did not know where the apartment was and it turned out to be on the top (4th ) floor. My wife has poor mobility so it was a bit tricky managing all the steps, there is no lift.

The apartment situated in the nice district of Hamburg

WiFi doesn’t work in the room. Absolutely!! It works just in the toilet(coz toilet close to WiFi router) And exactly in my room it didn’t work. I wrote to the apartment’s support about it. They answered they will check. Finally nothing changed. Full week I was using roaming internet, and it was too expensive☹️☹️

The apartment is big enough for the family trip. Bed are good

The trash in a room wasn't cleaned. We didn't have a microwave (they also mention it in they facilities) They have to ask what time we will arrive or send us a message how to entrance the building and how we will get a key of the apartment. Instead they let us call and said that the office is closed, because it was late. On the confirmation they mention that we can check-in after 2pm and we thought the office is open 24 hours. (But the man who we had on the phone was nice btw)

Zimmer entspricht nicht den Fotos, sieht anders aus

Küche hat keinen Ofen, wlan schwach, Toilette wie Schlafzimmer nicht genug gereinigt. Zudem Kontakt am Telefon unfreundlich, sodass man sich nicht richtig aufgehoben fühlte. Das Zimmer weicht von den Fotos ab und hat eine andere Einrichtung.

Oh ha, wo soll ich hier anfangen. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität, so eine lieblos eingerichtete Ferienwohnung habe ich noch nicht gehabt. Die Möbel war eine alte gebrauchte Hoteleinrichtung , die lieblos in eine nicht fachgerechte renovierte Wohnung gestellt wurden. In einem Schlafzimmer fehlte der TV, nur das Kabel hing noch da. Die Küchenzeile ließ auch alles vermissen, wir konnten uns nicht einmal ordentlich Frühstück machen, keine Kaffeemaschine, Herd defekt und von vollausstattung kann bei 4Tellern Gläser und Bestecke usw. auch keine Rede sein. Fazit nie wieder.

Schlecht. Irreführende Beschreibungen. Sehr laut.

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft stimmt nicht, diese ist in vielerlei Hinsicht irreführend beschrieben. Man geht von einer Rezeption aus, die gibt es nicht. Ich hab hier nix positives zu schreiben.

Zimmer extrem Dreckig. Jede Tür die im Haus geöffnet oder geschlossen wird hört man auch. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind weit entfernt. Als "Bordinghouse" zum Flughafen nicht sinnvoll.

Alles war okay. Nicht so weit von Zentrum entfernt, haben auch schnell ein Parkplatz bekommen in der Nähe. Genug Handtücher, bequeme Betten
