Swimming pool and the location
Was very small room and the pillows weren’t comfortable, and had a bad small. Was no towels and shampoo and I had to ask for it.

reception staff were lovely. Very helpful, polite and courteous. Facilities were great also.
Rooms are very compact, very small shower so difficult to move around. Key issues, bed not very comfortable at all. Very warm room, unable to do much about that but open the window slightly. Equally, open the window and dependant on what side of the hotel you are located in, you will experience some very loud noise from the DLR trains running what seemed like every 2 minutes.
