L'appartamento è a due passi da tutti i servizi e dalle attrazioni principali. Oltretutto la valutazione super positiva va alla gentilezza della proprietaria di casa che, nonostante non parlasse inglese, è stata molto carina e disponibile. Si è occupata di organizzarci il transfer da e per l'aeroporto e si è preoccupata di chiederci come stessimo in casa, dandoci dei suggerimenti, anche i giorni seguenti al nostro arrivo. La casa era piccola, ma molto pulita e abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Semmai dovessimo ritornare in Armenia, sicuramente questa sarebbe la nostra prima scelta. Consigliato!
Unica nota negativa riguarda l'odore di umido persistente in casa, ma del resto essendo un'abitazione a piano terra e poco luminosa, penso sia abbastanza normale.

Super miejsce, wszędzie blisko. Przemiła właścicielka lokalu, pomocna we wszystkich sprawach z którymi się zwracaliśmy do niej. Miejsce warte ponownego odwiedzenia !!!
Nie ma nic do poprawy. Wszystko było ok.

Super gelegenes kleines Appartement mit einer bezaubernden und netten Besitzerin. Zu Fuss ist alles erreichbar und man ist mitten im Leben. Habe es direkt nochmal gebucht für nächste Woche, wenn ich wieder in Yerevan bin.
