The style of the buildings and ils location . ( facing hills and mountains), Nice garden, exhibitions of photographs at the réception
Very professionnal and friendly staff at réception
The travel agency the hotel has exclusive arrangement with. Their request to pay in cash only . The poor quality of the jeep and the non speaking English at all driver when arriving from Malang ( much better the day after)

Staff were lovely
Food was nice
Room was tiny, very damp and expensive for what it was. The bed was damp and the towels smelt musty. We also had cockroaches (found a dead one on our floor in the morning). There was also a loud wedding by our room. It finished at 10pm but not ideal when you have to get up at 2:30am!
