Excellent stay

The apartment was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that included a sitting area and a small kitchen. There were two bathrooms, both of which were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The apartments are managed by the Sheraton Hotel, which is located just across the road, about a two- to three-minute walk away. Breakfast was served at the Sheraton, and the quality was very good. The reception team at the Sheraton were excellent and very helpful. The apartment is about a 15-minute drive from the Old Town. We hired a car and pre-booked parking close to the town. There is also a shopping mall within walking distance of the apartments, and the sea is nearby, also within walking distance. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

There is an underground car park for the apartments, which is also used by the public. Parking is supposed to be free for apartment guests; however, we had to pay once as no one responded when we pressed the help button at the barrier. The Sheraton reception team kindly allowed us to use their car park instead, as it appears to be better managed by their staff.

Great location in walking distance to restaurants. Old town readily accessible by bus or boat.

It was very quiet on the top floor. Nice to have kitchenette, balcony & 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable.

Would have liked a washing machine (even a shared one) as we stayed 9 days. Using laundry service at Sheraton with a high cost per item was way too expensive. Would also have liked access to the outdoor pool for a fee.

Excellent value for money in spacious apartments

Excellent location and very good sized apartments for a family holiday in beautiful Croatia. Very clean and towels changed daily if required. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen to self cater.

I felt like the walls were not soundproofed and we could hear guests moving around / talking in other apartments. Also the main bedroom could do with having bedside lamps as the main light was very bright.

Nice apartments outside of Dubrovnik

We had a problem with a change in the reservation and the staff really accommodated our needs and solved it. It also had a parking lot available underground for our car which was very convenient.

Great stay

Check-in super easy. Collected key card from reception at Sheraton and directed to the underground apartment parking. Car park was free. Apartment was really nice, had all the amenities you could need. Short walk back to Sheraton for breakfast and down to the habour/beach. Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Staff friendly and helpful.

The placement of shower in bathroom, ended up with water outside of the tub when taking a shower.

Very big flat, clean. The keys have to be picked at the hotel counter, they will also give you a ticket for the var park. The beach is 2 minutes walk and you can also have access to the hotel pool.

Great stay with friends great facilities enjoyed at the Sheraton.

Lovely apartment in which our children and friends children stayed whilst we stayed at the Sheraton. It was clean, spacious and was a two minute walk. Check in was at the Sheraton in which key cards were given. All the facilities of the Sheraton were available and included at no extra cost. Girls liked having their independence away from us! 😂😂

Although the apartments were great the views were onto a road, may have been nicer if there was some greenery, but it wasn't an issue.
