Wonderful boutique style .....

My wife and I stayed here four nights for a short break in Brittany. Our apartment was of a substantial size and beautifully decorated and furnished in a wonderful boutique style with a fabulously comfortable King-size bed and where the bathroom was large enough to accommodate a proper timber sauna. The kitchen is outside overlooking the modest but beautiful pool and garden. The welcoming owners are able to provide a breakfast upon request and there are very pleasant coffeeshops locally for a continental breakfast. Discovering the local areas by car was particularly easy with a great road network. This is recommended!

Our hosts were very helpful and accomcodating The room was huge and we had access to our own kitchen. Comfortable kingsize bed and the whole place was spotless. A little oasis in St Brieuac

Superb

We loved the relaxing luxurious atmosphere of the very large apartment with its fantastic designer swimming pool whuch had many places to either sunbathe or just chillout in the shade. The separate kitchen area was a real bonus. The piece de resistance were the owners Lydie anx Marc who did everything to make it a perfect break. The Breton breakfast was a delicious treat.

It almost seems petty to mention this but the parking in relation to the apartment is not the best especially when the access is a stone path.

A beautiful haven in St Brieuc

Lydie and Marc were kind, lovely and very helpful hosts, and their gorgeous, colourful & comfortable accommodation had everything one could need, including a beautiful little garden with saltwater swimming pool.

We would have preferred somewhere with slightly less built-up surroundings, but it was our fault for not checking properly, and the property & owners more than compensated. There were many beautiful places within easy reach by car, and L'atipic was a perfect base to come back to at the end of the day.

Amazing place

L'Atipic is an amazing place to spend your vacation. The room was more than fantastic. Spacious and decorated with a lot of style and taste. Loved the swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen, which made it the perfect place to stay. Lydie and Marc are such amazing hosts who were always there for us and did everything to make us happy. We will definitely come back. Merci effinement !

- very beautiful chambers - very welcoming hosts giving us a plan for each day :) - superb and local breakfast - very clean - location gives easy access to whole of north brittany

You have to get used to the placement of the location, but to be honest: when at the hotel you don't notice, certainly not with the super welcoming hosts! Plus: from here tou are everywhere in no time!

De b&b is een oase van rust met een hele goede gastvrouw en gastheer.

De rust en privacy(een hele tuin met zwembad voor ons alleen), het uitzicht op het zwembad vanuit de kamer en de grootte van de kamer waren super. De tips van de gastvrouw over wat we konden bezoeken waren heel goed. Het was makkelijk dat we de buitenkeuken mochten gebruiken. Er was parkeerplaats op het terrein.

Het weer was niet zo goed waardoor we (bijna) geen gebruik hebben kunnen maken van het zwembad. De wifi had slecht bereik. De b&b ligt op het industrieterrein maar eenmaal je de privéparking oprijdt en de poort achter je dicht gaat, merk je daar niks meer van.

Een oase van rust in een stedelijk kader. Centraal gelegen en gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Zeer vriendelijk onthaald en super lekker ontbijt, homemade. Veel inside informatie en lekkere restaurantjes die ze reserveren voor jou. Zeer geslaagd!!

Centrale ligging en toch oase van rust

Lydie en Marc zijn erg aardig en gastvrij. Ze vinden het leuk om een praatje te maken. En ze geven je allerlei tips voor uitstapjes en restaurantjes. Helaas zit er geen restaurant in de buurt maar wel een heerlijke bakker en een lidl. De tuin met privé zwembad is een oase aan rust. Het huis is groot en mooi, prima bedden en uitgebreide badkamer, apart toilet. Kortom: een aanrader om het noorden van Bretagne te verkennen. Alleen voor het zuiden zit je wat langer in de auto.
