Accoglienza e disponibilità dell'host. Quasi fronte spiaggia. Comoda doccia condominiale, contesto amichevole. Parcheggio riservato (limitato) o libero, comunque vicino l'ingresso.
L'appartamento si presenta in stato fatiscente, con serrande rotte, muri scrostati e mobili decisamente da sostituire. Pur essendo ben arieggiato sarebbe stata molto gradita l'aria condizionata. Sono presenti Ventilatori ma sporchi. Ho dovuto pulire. Mancano le tende per cui alle 6 sveglia obbligatoria per la forte luce. Avrei gradito di trovare almeno del sapone per le mani ed un rotolo di scottex/tovaglioli/tovagliette per la colazione.
