The location of Casa Pata was exceptional - right at the edge of Sassi, so just few steps away from where the taxi takes you. Yet very close to everything in the Old Town - literally 10 minutes walk to the main square through a pleasant old streets. Lots of places to eat nearby. The view from the window is - postcard perfect! The owner - is extremely helpful and the check in- check out process super simple. The facilities were very good. Little kitchennet (but who wants to use it, when there are so many nice cafes in town?!) Bathroom is few steps up from the room level (was no issue for us, but might be for those who might find this challenging) We found the main advantage is the location-value ratio. Would reccomend staying in Casa Pata.

Posizione ottima e, soprattutto, con una vista meravigliosa sul Sasso Barisano. Spazio accogliente, pulito e letto molto comodo.
Colazione buona ma un po’ limitata (bevanda calda e brioche).
