Peaceful place, and well located apartment
Really nice and friendly couple administering the hotel. Owner Lilia, just super! Met us very kindly and with a bottle of red wine. The room was in accordance with the description, the room efficient and tidy, fully equipped and has everything you need to relax. Great location, very close to the lake, just 1 minute and you are on the very shore of the lake. You can swim, the apartments have portable sun loungers, you can lie down and sunbathe on the lake. Nearby is the Esselunga Supermarket, a 15-minute walk away. For a family, or for those who want to relax without any noise and fuss, I definitely recommend it.

Perfect holidays
Great destination for relaxing holidays and biking. From this place we did beautiful cycling tours around lago Maggiore/Como/Lugano. The apartment is lolacted near the lake and there is a private, quiet beach. The property is very clean and cozy. The owners are very kind and generous. We definitely recommend this place!

Wohnung klein aber Fein, gerne wieder!
Lilia hat in der Wohnung auf uns gewartet, obwohl unser Flug einbe Stunde Verspätung hatte. Ausserdem hatten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes eine gratis Reinigung sowie Tausch der Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Ist in einem Selbstversorger-Appartement nicht unbedingt Usus. Die Wohnung liegt in einer mit Schranken gesicherten und für den öffentlichen Verkehr nicht zugänglichen Siedlung. Sie bietet auch einen gratis Zugang zum privaten Strandbad mit Liegen und Schirmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in mittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Auch diverse Lokale finden sich in der Nähe. Für die Anreise empfehlen wir aber ein eigenes Fahrzeug. Parkplatz ist gratis vorhanden.
Alles was uns nicht gefallen hat haben wir direkt mit der Eigentümerin vor Ort besprochen.

Die Sauberkeit durch den sehr hilfsbereiten Service war hervorragend. Die Lage der Unterkunft war nicht mal 1 Gehminute zum direkten Strand entfernt.

Geen lake view maar wel een super net appartement
Na 1 minuut lopen sta je aan de oever van het meer. Een appartementje met een patio in een woonwijk. Het appartement was super schoon en de eigenaar super aardig! Uitzicht vanaf je Patio is de overbuurman en niet het meer.
