The location is great and also the cleanliness! It’s right on the water and you have access to a free public beach right next door. Good for bringing your rental car along with lot of parking available.
The bar was not open and we couldn’t buy breakfast either. The Airconditioning was terrible and it was tough to get good temperatures setup inside the apartment. We had access to sun loungers but were not allowed to take it next door to the beach since it was outside the property premises. Maybe this place is more happening during the “On “ season.

Great location, clean(ish) - everything was clean beside the floors where you could feel and "taste" already the sand before going to the nice sandy beach nearby. Price performance ratio / money value ok. So in general good, if you don't use the sofas to sleep on them, very well. Small upgrades, which wouldn't cost much, could be made. Those back killers need to be changed ASAP - a new 300€ couch would be 100 times better.
The "sofa beds" can't be called beds - it works maybe for one person for 1-2 nights to crash on it, but you can forget about 2 people having a sleep on those things and not breaking their backs. A "sofa" is basically two holes with hard metal bars between them and around them + you hear every movement. The walls seem to be build out of paper since you can hear when the neighbors above/bellow or next to you flush the toilet water like the toilets are with you on the sofas.

location is really close to sea, with direct enter to water
pumps outside cause excessive noise at night, mosquito nets torn, shower cubicle moldy, door damaged and door frame partially rusted. Water pressure in sink in small bathroom very low. Sink faucet in kitchen loose, wobbling. Hood and kitchen countertop lighting not working or not plugged in, electrical outlets on kitchen unit broken.
