Relaxing time at Sam's Apartments, worth doing again.

The peacefulness of the courtyard and the local area was also good because of the shops and places to eat. Getting a tram into the centre was cheap and easy too.

Its a tiny issue but there were ants in the bathroom on the shelf.

Very nice flat with everything!

Clean, cute and there was everything that could possibly be necessary in a flat, from the kitchen towel to the coffee pads for the coffee machine. Really appreciated the sugar and salt!

I had some problem with the TV (I could not find the channel for my child) but maybe was just me, or the TV was not set it up properly...mystery for us, however not very important

Ruim, schoon en leuk ingericht appartement met een geweldige prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Wij logeerde in het leuk ingerichte appartement op de begane grond. Voor 2 personen heb je veel ruimte, ook om zonodig apart te slapen want er is naast een aparte slaapkamer met slaapbank, nog een tweede woon/slaapkamer met een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed. Het appartement is keurig schoon en heeft een complete keuken en een fijne badkamer met een heerlijk douche. Handdoeken, keukendoeken, een vaatwasser en een wasmachine, het is echt bijzonder compleet. Bovendien is de persoonlijke ontvangst uiterst vriendelijk en verloopt het contact met de eigenaar (via de mail of berichtenbox van Booking) zeer soepel. Heb je een vraag dan krijg je snel een reactie / antwoord. Samengevat; een echte aanrader met een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitverhouding !

Soms wat lastig parkeren maar als je een beetje moeite doet vind je snel een geschikte gratis parkeerplaats in één van de nabij gelegen zijstraten. In het weekend en na 18 uur kan je ook in de straat voor het appartement gratis parkeren.

Empfehlenswert

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht dort. Die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet, soweit ich das beurteilen kann, war alles da, was man zum kochen braucht. Es gibt einen kleinen Esstisch. Die Wohnung hat viele Fenster und ist sehr hell. Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr steil. In Laufweite sind Bäckereien und diverse Restaurtants. Parken unter der Woche direkt vor dem Haus nur 1 Std. möglich, am Wochenende aber frei. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Super Apartment, Vorsicht: manche für RAUCHER

Super ausgestattetes Apartment, durchdachte Küche - hier kann man richtig kochen und leben wie zuhause. Total sauber. Handtücher und Bettwäsche offensichtlich frisch gewaschen und wohl duftend.

Leider habe ich bei der Buchung nicht gesehen, dass das Apartment ein Raucherapartment ist. Es stand lediglich klein bei den diversen Ausstattungsmerkmalen. Das sollte meiner Meinung nach größer in der Überschrift erwähnt sein. Dementsprechend hat es ziemlich im Wohnzimmer / Küche sehr noch Rauch gerochen. Mit einem Lufterfrischer ging es aber.

Preiswerte Ferienwohnung, jedoch mit katastrophaler Parksituation. Für mich daher keine Option mehr.

Die Wohnung war groß und das Bett prima. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut. Vom Wasserkocher, Kaffepadmaschine, Mikrowelle bis hin zur Spülmaschine, Vierplattenherd mit Backofen sowie Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und ordentlich. Trotz Stadt war es nachts relativ ruhig und ich konnte bei gekippten Fenster schlafen. Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Seife und Duschgel waren ebenfalls in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. In der näheren Umgebung gab es Restaurants, eine Bäckerei und eine Eisdiele.

Das Internet war relativ ok, es gab beim Streamen immer mal wieder Hänger. Was jedoch wirklich schlecht war, war die Parksituation vor Ort. Es steht zwar in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft, dass nur öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung sehen würden. Dabei wird jedoch verschwiegen, dass vor der Unterkunft nur wenige öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden sind und die zu allem Überfluss von morgens 08.00 Uhr bis mittags 13.00 Uhr nur mit Parkscheibe für eine Stunde genutzt werden dürfen. Selbst die umgebenden ausgewiesenen Parkplätze sind nur mit Parkscheibe nutzbar. Und das zu allem Übel auch noch Ganztags. Was das für jemanden bedeutet, ist jedem klar. Man muss also in den Seitenstraßen suchen, wo dann auch nicht immer was zu finden ist. Auf meine Beschwerde bei Ankunft diesbezüglich, wurde nur insoweit eingegangen, dass man mich darauf hinwies, dass der Hinweis auf öffentliche Parkplätze in der Beschreibung stehen würde. Und dass es in der Umgebung Praxen geben würde, wo man parken könnte. Sorry, aber das sind doch wohl Privatparkplätze. Meiner Meinung nach geht so etwas gar nicht.

Für einen Kurztrip empfehlenswert

Das Apartment war groß genug und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bäckerei und Restaurants in der Nähe. Im Schlafzimmer gab es genug Kleiderschrank und im Bad genügend Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen. Ich war rundherum zufrieden. Der Innenhof war sehr schön.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig. Man muss schon mal etwas weiter weg parken. Gar nicht gefallen hat mir, dass im Apartment geraucht wurde. Allerdings nicht im Schlafzimmer. Trotzdem hat man den Geruch in der Wohnküche nicht weg bekommen.

Außergewöhnlich tolle Unterkunft

Sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar gut. Steckdosenverteilung- und Erreichbarkeit sehr gut, das ist oft nicht so ;) Wir hoffen, dass für den nächsten Besuch in Oggersheim dieses Goldstück wieder zufällig frei ist :)

Gut ausgestattet mit mittelmäßigem Ambiente

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Die ruhige Lage im Innenhof ist schön.

Fehlende Parkmöglichkeiten ( abends im Viertel eine halbe Stunde einen Parkplatz gesucht im Umkreis von einem Kilometer), etwas altmodisch eingerichtet ( Küche), weiches Bett, hartes Schlafsofa. Raucher von anderen Wohnungen vor dem Fenster.
