It was close to the centre , and freshly painted and decorated.
No kettle but l could boil water on the stove .

The location was great, and we're big fans of self-check-ins. The cellar studio flat was cute and romantic, and everything worked well. The snacks and drinks were a nice touch too, and the bathroom facilities worked well. Not to mention the price and location, which were excellent.
We were stuck waiting for over 20mins. for the code to the key lock-box after a very long journey. It would be better to give the code earlier, instead of asking us to message when we're at the door and then sending it. By this point they already had our IDs, I don't think there's any significant security risk in sending it a little sooner. Also, the flat was not the one we expected and booked; it did not correspond with the booking's pictures we originally made. It was still a cute cellar flat, but the one we booked originally had a little jacuzzi at the bottom that made it very appealing. This was a little misleading, at this price, people are not expecting luxury, it's better to be up front with what you're offering; in the end it feels better; we were still happy with our stay overall, the price and location were excellent. Making sure to be clear with which flat we're getting up front would avoid potential feelings of frustration in guests. The beds are quite hard as well. For a night or two it's fine, but for anyone staying longer, that would get uncomfortable fast.

The property is perfectly situated in the town, just off the main square . It is full of character and has the additional benefit of having a roof top area with a hot tub.
As long as you are fit and mobile then the steep stairs up to the property and the stairs to the roof top will not be a problem . The hot tub was ironically not particularly hot and the temperature had appeared to be capped.

Location Super!!
I stayed in the Deluxe Apartment located right in the center of Ostuni. The apartment is characterized by every type of comfort and by a fabulous large and welcoming whirlpool tub which makes the atmosphere very intimate.
In addition to the wonderful location, another point in favor is the owner who stands out for his kindness and availability towards the customer.
