Piękne położenie z widokiem na ocean i zachody słońca, uroczy ogród urządzony ze smakiem i dbałością o szczegóły, garaż na samochód, basen zapewniający ochłodę i atrakcje dla dzieci, niesamowita gościnność gospodarzy - serdeczność, super komunikacja, dobre wskazówki odnośnie ciekawych miejsc i dobrych restauracji, prezent powitalny (lokalne przysmaki i owoce oraz lokalne wino). Cicha i spokojna okolica. Świetna baza wypadowa na wycieczki 😀😎 Polecam na rodzinny wypoczynek.

Wszystko było super. W jednej szafce kuchennej ze zlewozmywakiem można poprawić szczelność połączeń, przez które wydostawał się zapach stęchlizny. Nie było tego czuć w kuchni - tylko po otwarciu szafki. Ale to nie było specjalnie uciążliwe

Alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöner Garten mit tollem Meerblick. Schöner Pool.. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.

Pool war leider (noch) nicht beheizt.Sehr steile Anfahrt, ist sber nicht ungewöhnlich für Madeira.

Sea view and pretty garden, good size pool. Very friendly cat.

We were not greeted or told a time we could arrive at the property, I had to message the owner and ask. Felt unkept as soon as we arrived. No attention to detail. Mouldy fruit left as a welcome 'gift', leaves and dead bugs in pool, half eaten sorbet left in freezer, damp smelling cupboards in kitchen, no cushions for any of the outside furniture. Uncomfortable sofas & chairs, hard to really feel relaxed. There was only one small parasol on the patio, so we were chased by the sun throughout the day. Broken sun loungers on patio. Halfway through our stay whilst we were using the pool, 2 men arrived and let themselves in to clean the pool - we were not informed. Strangley swimming caps are needed to use the pool, so you get to look glamorous, too! Bathrooms are small and hard to keep the temperature of the shower, especially if someone else uses a tap at the same time. One of the blinds was broken, so we weren't able to open the doors behind it, making it very hot. A few days after leaving the property, the owner told us we would be charged €100 cleaning fee as we didn't empty the bins. We sorted and placed all our rubbish/recycling from the house into the black bins in the garage, as we assumed this to be correct, not being told otherwise. BUT the owner means for you to take all your rubbish with you and dump it somewhere off site, I still have no idea where we should/could of taken the rubbish - this needs to be made clear! Welcome instructions should be left inside the house, so all is clear from arrival. Never have I ever had to take rubbish off-site in any other accommodation/Airbnb we have stayed at in various countries. For the price paid for our week stay (€2000+ deposit), you would hope that would include cleaners that can empty the bins and throw away mouldy fruit! It's not worth the money or hassle.
