La propreté, le confort et la réactivité et la gentillesse du propriétaire. Le côté pratique pour le repas du soir. Nous sommes allés manger au restaurant chez "Franky" situé à côté de l'appartement, très pratique à pied. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner compris suffisant sur place. Parking dans la rue au vas de l'appartement

Good communication with host, easy check in , check out. Easy to park in the area. Comfortable beds.
Place definitely needs improvement. Sand on the bed, no toilet paper holder, shower head cannot be fixed and you need to hold it.The sink drain is clogged. Poor breakfast. Place , is quite noisy .Big street with lots of motorcycles and sirens from ambulances (nearby hospital) trough all day/night.
