It's in a nice area, close to Myeongdong for food and shopping. I only had a short stay, checking in late and checking out early the next day, but I think it works well for short stays and potentially some longer ones.
Facilities were good, especially for the price. But not quite hotel level cleanliness if that's what you're used to.

For a budget hotel, it is very good quality. You get a big bed, AC, TV, bathroom with shower.!
Not a fault of the hotel, but might be nice to list on hotel profile that it’s at the top of a pretty steep hill when walking from the train station

The price was good.
The TV wasn't working. Gnats were flying around in the bathroom.

Location is central despite the fact that the accommodation is on a small norow street in a hill. Is ok if you travel on budget.
The place has literally no staff, is mainly self mentained and that people respect and trust thw rules. If something happens or need any help is almost impossible to find someone to help you after the hours that the reception is open, that once again no one is there.
