Horrible Situation

I never stayed at this property. My reservation was effectively cancelled upon arrival because nobody was present at the agreed check-in time. I called the phone number provided and was told someone could pick me up and take me to another location. I did not accept this because I will not get into a stranger’s car. After that, I began receiving messages from approximately 10 different phone numbers, including unsolicited links, photos, and addresses. I did not authorize my personal data to be shared with third parties. The property owner has since stopped responding to my messages, and I am unable to cancel the stay through the platform. I was forced to find emergency accommodation elsewhere at my own expense. I am requesting an immediate cancellation with a full refund, as well as an investigation into this property for violating safety, communication, and data-protection policies.

Teleurstelling. Ondanks mooi apartement/locatie.

Het bed en de airconditioning was geweldig. Ook de locatie was top. Strijkijzer aanwezig. En schoon beddengoed.

Ik ben al eerder bij dit apartement geweest en toen was het netjes en schoon. Het was toen erg goed bevallen. Nu viel het echter tegen. Achterstallig onderhoud, haren op de grond, mat voor het bed was vies. Handgreep van douchedeur zat los, toilet bleef maar doorlopen, overal kalk en een douche set dat nog maar half werkte. De rail van de douchedeur lag los, en de jacuzzi waar de verf vanaf kwam. Ik vond de prijs ook heel erg tegen vallen. Ik ben nog één nacht langer gebleven en moest toen meer betalen dan dat ik via booking heb gedaan. Ook stond de "schoonmaakster" om 10 u sochtends voor de deur om mij te wekken en uit de kamer te jagen. Omdat 20 minuten later de volgende klanten al kwamen. Ze moest een foto maken van mijn creditcard omdat ze mij niet vertrouwde dat ik terug zou komen om de laatste nacht te betalen. Heel teleurstellend. Ik hoop nog wél terug te komen als het één en ander is opgelost.

Šumadija 🌳🌳🌳

Apartman je u samom centru grada, pešačka zona je na par koraka, sve je blizu, a opet mir i tišina u samom smeštaju. Jako čisto i uredno, poseduje sve što je potrebno za boravak. Parking u dvorištu je dodatni plus. Svakako bih opet boravila ovde kada me put nanese.

Sve je bilo u najboljem redu.
