Pleasant short stay, the property is well kept. Easy access and good location.

Location, easy collection of keys and disposal on leave. Room had all the necessary amenities. We were here once before and we intentionally came back again. There is a parking spot on the street, and it is very near the city center.

I didn't like the level of cleanliness, the floors were somewhat dirty and a couple corners had spiders and spiderwebs. Toilet was clean and the bedding.

Pretty good choice in Kragujevac

Central location. Good size of the room. Normal quality bed. Friendly staff. Easy parking on the street (free on weekend). It was very quiet, we didn't hear/meet any other guests and also neighbouring bar was closed.

Smell in the bathroom. Very small water heater, it was not enough even for one person to take a quick shower.

Overall, my stay was satisfactory.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be generally pleasant. The room was clean, security was commendable (video cameras everywhere), and the hostess was quite proactive. The location is also great, it is downtown area.

But there are a few points I believe future guests should be aware of: One point I want to clarify is regarding parking. Contrary to one review that mentions a fenced parking area, in reality, there's only one parking space available, and it is not fenced. If secure, abundant parking is a priority for you, please keep this in mind. While the house rules on the booking page stated that the hotel only accepts cash, I overlooked this detail when making the reservation. Nobody reminded me of this rule at check-in. So, I was caught off guard at check-out when reminded of this rule, which required an unplanned visit to the ATM. I'd recommend future guests pay close attention to the house rules to avoid any last-minute surprises. Lastly, the hostess's concern about ensuring payment was understandable, but the way it was handled felt a bit uncomfortable to me. A more discreet approach would have been appreciated. Overall, despite these issues, my stay was satisfactory. These points are intended as constructive feedback and to provide a more accurate picture for future guests considering this hotel.
