Die Lage ist perfekt, man erreicht schnell den Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt fußläufig zu erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es ruhig und der Blick auf die Felder ist sehr angenehm. Manuela ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La struttura è favolosa. Si trova alla fine del centro di Orosei in una stradina privata che sbocca sulla campagna. La dependance è accogliente e presenta tutti i confort. Ha un giardinetto piastrellato privato con posto auto, possibilità di mangiare in giardino e/o grigliare. All’interno l’appartamento si presenta pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di tutti i confort. Sala con tavolo, divano e tv, cucina completa con asciugamani, sale, caffè, detersivi ecc. Bagno compreso di lavatrice. In camera da letto c’e l’aria condizionata. Manuela è stata molto gentile e ha saputo rispondere a tutte le nostre esigenze. Dovessimo tornare in futuro in zona, sceglieremo ancora lei!
