Georgia Villas

Perfect location, close to the city center (5 min by car) and convenient to explore the island, but in a peaceful place, surrounded by nature, with a stunning view. The villa is spacious, lovely, and well-equipped. It has large private porch with outdoor furniture and magnificent view. Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom. The airconditioners in the bedrooms are silent. The mini dishwasher was a very nice surprise as it was not mentioned in the description. We liked also the big clothes rack. We were especially impressed by the spotless cleanliness (daily cleaning provided). The access road is asphalt, not too steep and easy to drive on, and there is ample parking in the yard. Due to the higher altitude, the summer temperature is more pleasant compared to the sea-level temperatures, which allowed us to rest and sleep better. Georgia was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, promptly answering any questions we had. We enjoyed a lot the comfort and the privacy of the villa and created wonderful memories. We highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone looking to experience beautiful Skiathos, it’s the perfect home base for exploring the island.

Pokoj byl primerene velky, chytry zbudovany, prostorny, terase prijemna. Matrace na hlavni posteli vyborne, koupelna taky splnila vsechny standarty.

Mozna, kdyby mel jednu oddělenou ložnici, tak by to bylo temer dokonale. Ale i tak jsme byli maximalne spokojeni. Hostitelka byla opravdu vyborna, pomohla, poradila, neustale cisty pokoj, uklizeneno, nadobi umyto, nejde nic vytknout. Poloha je mimo aglomeraci mesta, ale nam to absolutne vyhovovalo, pekny vyhled na more. Mozna jedinou vadu vidim v absenci mikrovlne trouby, ktera se na kratkodobych pobytech hodi, ale je to drobnost. Kavovar, lednice, chytre zpracovani interieru.

Self catering so it was excellent. Location of the property was superb.

Description could have been better - it's more of a studio apartment in one space. I suspect we were the first guests of the season and they really should have gone through the apartment to check all was in order, for example : - The toaster tripped the electrics, the toilet wouldn't flush, air con not working (arrived on a Saturday repaired eventually on the the Thursday). All this stuff should have been checked before our arrival. Whilst there are spectacular views from the apartment balcony there is no privacy from the adjoining apartment balcony.
