The room and staff were nice.
The location is not great and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very chaotic and confusing in how it was done.

I unexpectedly received a free upgrade to a suite which was lovely. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in the main area of the suite and they did not come to fix it before I checked out. The staff was great. They were great about holding luggage when my room wasn't ready. The staff in the restaurant was very nice, but the service was not the greatest, however, in Greece everything is slower :) The area of Athens the hotel is located in is not the most convenient to for walking to the main sights, Acropolis, Plaka etc, but cabs are easy to get. I stayed here only one night after an 8 day island charter cruise because of convenience (only hotel the large charter bus could drop us off at).
The room could have been cleaner. The towels are very worn. No electric outlets on the bathroom counter/sink area, but they did provide a blow dryer.

Amazing rooftop, great breakfast and great staff.
Small pool area, very bad neighborhood, wifi doesn’t really work.
