Posizione super comoda centralissima per vivere la quotidianità di Castellammare, un piccolo terrazzo relax per aperitivo o cenetta romantica (anche se non si vede il mare)
La camera da letto è sul soppalco dove l’aria condizionata non arriva in maniera efficiente, risultato nottate un po’ calde
