Chill Pepper Boutique Hotel

Breakfast was great and the Hotel is at a great location

Everything was excellent

Location, staff, room sizes, cleaning

Internet is an huge problem, dinner buffet and A La Carte menu very poor, the bar menu also poor.

The whole experience was perfect

Lovely, Clean Property, but Noise Management Needs Improvement The property itself is lovely, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, what could have been a very pleasant stay was overshadowed by excessive noise from a group of guests. As a solo traveller, I found the noise levels extremely uncomfortable, particularly as they continued into the evening. I called reception four times and eventually had to go downstairs myself at approximately 10 p.m. to address the situation. I eventually encountered a supervisor who was leaving for the evening. To her credit, she intervened and managed to bring the noise under control, which I appreciated. My disappointment, however, lies in the lack of proactive noise management. Guests should not have to repeatedly complain before reasonable noise levels are maintained, particularly later in the evening. It is genuinely unfortunate because the property has so much going for it. Cleanliness and the overall condition of the accommodation were excellent. More attentive management of noise would make a significant difference to the guest experience.
