Very very nice stay.

The apartment was very clean and had everything one needs, the kitchen had not only all the supplies but also coffee, tea and some spices. The conditioner was in both rooms and was working very well. The owner was very nice and welcoming.

It is located a bit further down the road, you have to be prepared to walk.

- Arianna was very polite and helpful, - Apartment was very clean and practically decorated, - there were AC units both in the front room and bedroom. - nearby there were several supermarkets, pizza places etc - parking place was very easy to drive in and out - when we moved in there were orange juice, bottled water in the fridges which I think very kind of the establishment

- sofa bed could be more comfortable - although it is not outside the city I think I would like it more if the apartment were closer to the old city center - there were no insect meshes on windows nor any curtains

This was our second stay at this apartment. We love everything about this place. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were provided with 2 bicycles so we could get to the beach within 10 minutes. The apartment is well equipped and clean. There was a welcome gift of a bottle of wine and local cookies waiting for us upon arrival. The appartment was cleaned once during our stay.

Superb

The flat is newly renovated, has all amenities, a/c unit, brand new super clean bathroom - basically everything you need to spend your time comfortably in Chiavari. Location is okay, but if you don't like walking you might need to look a bit closer to center. It took us approximately 15min by foot to reach central parts of town.

Great stay in Chiavari

The apartment was really clean and well-equipped with whatever you need: a dishwasher, a washing machine, toiletries, towels and bed linen, kitchenware. We stayed there for 1.5 weeks, the apartment was cleaned once and the bed linen and towels were changed. As a welcome gift the gave us some local specialties like pasta wine and cookies. Arianna was really friendly and helpful. The check-in and checkout went smoothly without any delays or problems. We recommend this appartement to everyone who would like to stay in Chiavari. If we come back to this region, we would definitely rent the apartment again.

I would be nice to have mosquito nets on the windows so you could sleep with the windows open instead of using the air-con. Ca' da Valeria provided us with bicycles do it was easy getting around. Without it though it's quite far from the better beaches if you have to walk.

Appartamento dove eravamo stati anche lo scorso anno completo di tutto spazioso con balcone non grande ma in 2 ci si fa colazione e si cena comodamente poi la sera si alza sempre una piacevole brezza....da non sottovalutare il posto auto privato

Una esperienza da rifare sicuramente

L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato con tutti i comfort,pulitissimo ,comodo da raggiungere sia il centro che il lungomare,posto tranquillo.Arianna è molto professionale, gentilissima e disponibile.La struttura propone biciclette gratuite ed il parcheggio privato gratuito.Arianna ci ha accolti facendoci trovare persino una bottiglia di vino, dolci,limoni.La cucina è attrezzatissima,abbiamo trovato :sale,olio,spezie,zucchero,caffè, tovaglioli di carta ,rotoli di carta ..... Cucina completa di elettrodomestici: microonde,forno,frigo, lavastoviglie e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare ,piatti,bicchieri ,pentole ..... Nel bagno c'è la lavatrice ,detersivo +tutti prodotti per pulire il bagno+ sapone , bagnoschiuma, shampoo, fazzoletti di carta ,asciuga capelli.Nella stanza da letto ci sono cuscini morbidi,duri ,coperte da letto,ferro da stiro, stendi panni,non manca assolutamente niente.Perfetto per passare una bellissima vacanza .Saremo felici di tornare.Consigliatissimo.
