We were really happy with the location of the hotel as it was really close for us to get everywhere we wanted - the castle, Old Town, Kazimierz, Wieliczka and easy to drop off our family to the airport in Kraków Balice. Tram and train station near by. Fantastic and very enthusiastic people working in the office assisting us with every need.

very good location, close to tram station, so you can get quickly to center. Wifi is not bad
Very good heating, quite in apartments. Good for one night, but not for more
Private parking is not for free, but there is free public parking in front of house, so you can be lucky to find space (depends on time). Very outdated, smell in bath room
Last day we had no cold water (yes...cold) Hot water was even in toilet
