L'appartement n'est pas loin de la ligne de chemin de fer (trains toutes les 20mn jusqu'à 23h), l'insonorisation est limité, une rue fréquentée passe devant l'appartement et l'éclairage de la cuisine est faible

The host was super lovely! Really kind and understanding. Let us check in early as well! Bathroom really clean.
The place did not have AC, which may not be too much of a problem in general in Matera where it will drop to cooler at night due to elevation, but there are only two windows in the entire place and it opens to the street so there is no way to manage the humidity with keeping all the windows closed all day and only having a small fan for the evening with no potential cross breeze. Also not sure the last time anyone stayed there before us but it was super stuffy with a bit of a stuffy smell when we arrived and were not able to cool it down or air it out sufficiently overnight, when we woke up it was much cooler outside than inside which is not ideal. Would not recommended for people that need cold air to sleep, otherwise lovely host and decent budget accom.
