Nice stay

Clean and comfortable room, nice host, beautiful view from the window, towels included, kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The neighbourhood is calm, but still within a walkable distance from the beach

The shower was damaged, the terrace is shared with all the other guests

Misleading, low value for money

If you name a place guest House, then you expect a house, especially if you leave an address that leads you to a house... . And this place is not a house and what you get is only a room, which dates back to the 90's. Also, the terrace where you could spend some time in the evening is nearby a ventilation shaft which is linked to the restaurant kitchen bellow the rooms (which is great if you are into burned oil smells and similar). Very disapointed, value for money is too low!

Very cosy room equipped with refrigerator, kettle, coffee, tea, towels, showering gel. Nice sea& town Barbariga view from terrace, restaurant in the same building, lots of space for car parking, good contact with staff, no problems with the invoice.

Location is far away from the beach! The light on bathroom didn't work. The air conditioner (heating) didn't work.

The room is vary basic, no cutlery, no cleaning products, no soap. There is no cleaning whatsoever done, i am not sure if one can wash their beach towel.

Big, clear room. Lot of parking space around (which is not common in Croatia).

A bit too far from beach - you will rather have to tak a car (or walk min 20-25 minutes).

Vriendelijke gastvrije eigenaresse. Kamer was ruim met een koelkast, tafel en kast. Op loopafstand van restaurants, ruime parkeerplaats.

Chambre propre et confortable Bonne distance de Pula et Rovinj Hotesse très sympathique, même si elle ne parlait pas anglais. Belle vue depuis la terrasse

Come stare a casa

Se volete sentirvi a casa, questa struttura fa al caso vostro! Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata che hanno immediatamente risolto! Cortesia, gentilezza, pulizia e ottima posizione strategica, completa il tutto un ampio parcheggio sempre a disposizione. Consiglio caldamente a tutte quelle persone che cercano un posto tattico per girare tutta l'Istria.

Senza troppi fronzoli ma ok.

Posto tranquillo nonostante il ristorante al piano inferiore. Camera normale, dotata di frigorifero, TV ed aria condizionata (che era rotta ma rimpiazzata con un condizionatore portatile, cosa molto molto apprezzata). La signora che ci ha accolti molto gentile, pur non parlando italiano o inglese ci si è capiti. Comodo anche il terrazzo fuori dalla camera, passaggio di ingresso per le varie stanze, con spazio per stendere costumi e salviette, poltrone, sdraio ed ombrelloni. E di notte...quante stelle che si possono ammirare..!

Solamente a causa del problema al condizionatore fisso, il fatto che il bocchettone di quello mobile dovesse scaricare fuori dalla finestra che dava sul terrazzo potrebbe risultare fastidioso, dovendo lasciare semi aperta la finestra (davanti al letto) su una zona di passaggio.

Semplice stanza con vista mare

Camera non troppo grande ma con vista mare, dotata di bollitore e di frigo. Posizione comoda per raggiungere diverse spiagge e paesini limitrofi. Parcheggio ampio proprio di fronte all'appartamento. Terrazza in comune degli ospiti molto accogliente, ottima per rilassarsi la sera.

La stanza non era molto grande, non c'è la possibilità di cucinare. Letti non comodissimi e pulizia non proprio perfetta. Il personale ci ha richiesto un supplemento perché viaggiavamo con un cane. Non chiarissime la spesa per la tassa di soggiorno.

Premostitev smo potrebovali za eno noc. Imeli smo vse kar smo potrebovali. Zelo cisto, ter zelo prijazna lastnica, oz. njena mama. Dovolj prostorno; tako da nas stara oprema niti malo ni zmotila.

Z vsem sva bila zadovoljna,in sva se odlocila da se se vrneva v Barbarigo in h gostiteljici.

Lokacija in hrana je bila odlicna...s partnerjem se bova definitivno se vrnila.

Vse nama je bilo vsec. Tako da nebi spremenila nic.

Il prezzo, la dislocazione, da disponibilità dei gestori, il ristorante al piano terra (non incluso).

Dall'annuncio sembrava ci fosse una mini cucina ed invece c'era sono un frigo.
