Sehr gut ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse gefallen- mit Blick auf blühende Bäume und freifliegende Papageien. In der Wohnung ist alles komfortabel vorhanden: bezogene Betten, Schalter am Bett fürs Licht, verdunkelnde Rollos, ausreichend Steckdosen überall, Spülmaschine, Geschirrtücher, Föhn...
Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat uns alles gezeigt.
Die Parksituation ist etwas knifflig, man muss halt ein paar Meter entfernt parken. Für die Kaffee-Kapselmaschine braucht man spezielle Kapseln.

Das Eulennest in Ludwigshafen ist eine einfache, aber sehr saubere Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich und Anreise sowie Kommunikation funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Straße und man kann entspannt schlafen. Das Apartment hat eine sehr große Terrasse und man findet im Apartment wirklich alles, was man benötigt - mit alles meine Ich vom Bügeleisen bis zum Toaster und von der Mikrowelle bis zum Geschirrspüler. Ich bin beruflich dort gewesen und komme gerne wieder!

Location was better than expected, positioned in quiet neighborhood, close to tram line, supermarket, park, church and 20 mins walking distance of the plant I had business with.
Host was excellent in communication, heating was best, there was full amenities kitchen so I cooked myself each day- included coffee machine, french press also; clean sheets, towels in bathroom, tv was good, internet was fast; open terrace and garden were a plus; garbage was selective.
Very quiet by night, restful sleep.
