About this apartment rental
Horizontal condominium on the beachfront, beachfront, high standard, based on Polynesian style resorts both its architecture and decoration. Large pool and indoor gardens with water mirror and relaxation areas. Several living rooms in cozy environments for reading, internet connection, etc. Complete oceanfront exercise room and large games room. Our apartment was built at the end of 2008, redecorated in 2016, with all new and high standard furniture, is very cozy and has 55 square meters internal area with full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms (including suite), living room , with balcony door with passage to the private outdoor area. In the backyard area we have a table with 6 chairs, and 2 barstools to enjoy appetizers enjoying the beach view. And we complete the private leisure with a whirlpool in suspended deck.

As three young female travelers, we were quite cautious on where to stay in Guaruja, knowing we were not familiar with the location/language. Antonio made our stay feel very easy and comfortable, and he was so helpful the entire time. I would recommend translating the condo contract/rules from Portuguese to English because there is very useful information on checking in/out. After being guided through parking & check-in by a very kind and helpful staff member, Rafael, at the condo, we had some follow up questions on how to get in and out of the condo, restaurant recommendations, and even safe places to go out at night. Antonio replied with a very thorough email with such useful information for us to navigate Guaruja for three days. He provided his and his wife’s phone numbers in case we needed them. He was so kind and accommodating! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We had our own personal patio and hot tub outside, that we put to great use. The entire condominium is gated and feels very secure. The pool/patio in the middle is absolutely gorgeous with palm trees, lounge chairs under gazebos, a Koi pond, and a pool with jets. The condo is located right across the street from the beach, and once you get to the beach the condo staff set you up with free beach service - umbrella and chairs. So lovely. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Amamos nossa estadia, a casa é linda, cada detalhe é um capricho, confortável e perto de tudo que precisamos. O sr. Antônio ( proprietário) super solicito, rápido em responder e disposto a ajudar. O condomínio é maravilhoso, c ótimos

Fiquei encantada com o condomínio. O apto super limpo, aconchegante, silencioso. Tem o que é necessário. Acomoda 4 pessoas e próximo a praia e melhor ainda: fica em uma região super tranquila da enseada. E realmente é o que as fotos mostram!
