J’ai apprécié les volets qui permettent une nuit noire et paisible sans compter que parfois le matin on entend les cloches au loin des brebis… le quartier est très calme et à proximité de 3 supermarchés, c’est très pratique. Dans la cuisine commune, il y a du papier aluminium, sel et poivre, produit vaisselle, sopalin. C’est pratique ! Enfin, l’hôte était très disponible aussi. Le balcon était très appréciable. L’appartement était très propre, moderne et bien décoré. Il y a aussi une terrasse commune où c’est agréable de déjeuner ou dîner.
Le principal hic est qu’il n’y a pas de plaque de cuisson dans la cuisine commune. Il manque des petits accessoires de cuisine comme un éplucheur pour les légumes ou un outil pour presser des fruits.
La cabine de douche n’est pas moderne et petite. Nos pieds baignent dans l’eau car l’évacuation est lente.
Il y avait un parasol sur le balcon mais pas de sac pour le transport,ni de pied pour l’installer sur le balcon ou la plage. On entend les voisins car tout est mitoyen, une alarme s’est déclenchée en pleine nuit…
Le frigo est parfois bruyant dans la chambre.

La camera era pulita, completa di tutto (in bagno c'era addirittura il diffusore per il phon che difficilmente ho trovato in passato nei b&b) e veramente molto comoda. Inoltre, a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti della struttura, c'era una cucina moderna super attrezzata e una veranda ombreggiata che ci ha permesso di pranzare comodamente comprando prelibatezze da forni e gastronomie locali. Ottima la posizione per poter visitare, in pochi minuti d'auto, diverse spiagge e calette nei dintorni di Villasimius e uscire a piedi la sera nel centro del paese. Elisa è molto disponibile e attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti (ci ha dato anche il telecomando del cancello del residence per poter lasciar la nostra auto sotto la camera)...ci ha fatto sentire a casa!

A Elisa foi 5*, muito prestativa e flexível. O alojamento era espaçoso, com tudo o que era necessário, bem localizado e com estacionamento. A cozinha está a muito bem equipada e podíamos usar tudo o que estava a sua disposição. Ainda oferecia café e cookies. Adoramos e voltaríamos.

The facility exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, neatly furnished, comfortable. The room has a private fridge and air conditioning. The house is located on a private property - it was quiet and peaceful. Next to the room there is a very well-equipped kitchenette for guests, where we can find coffee, tea, cereals, etc. Very helpful and friendly staff - we could arrive in the evening and park the car near the house. Good contact with the host - all information on how to get to the property was sent in advance.
