The staff was incredibly helpful, everything worked very smoothly. The hotel area is beautiful, very rich breakfast buffet, served at the pool. Parking 50 meters from the hotel included in the price. The closest beach is 10 minutes walk, the town center with shops 10 minutes the other direction. I was leaving very early my last day, before they started serving breakfast - It was still darkness outside. The first thing what the receptionist asked me when I came to return the entry card was, if I'd like cappuccino and a piece of cake. Like the most normal thing. I felt really very special in this hotel. Thank you!

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise from the moment we first stepped over the threshold. It is one of those rare accommodations where the reality is even much better than the pictures on the website.
In all the common areas, the restaurant, and the bar, you are greeted by fantastic greenery and beautiful furnishings.
Immaculate cleanliness, and exceptionally kind and helpful staff.
It's surprising that this accommodation is only rated 3 stars; it could easily deserve 4
none

Location. Staff is very friendly just not very accommodating.
We asked the hotel to help us with transport from the airport ahead of our stay, and got a confirmation email from them that it was arranged and there was no additional charge. When we arrived there was no transport arranged and when we called the hotel they said it would be over 100 euros to arrange it. We ended up spending hours getting an impromptu rental car instead that could have been seamless if we hadn’t been deceived by hotels promise of transport.
Our room had all mismatched materials, furnishings and hardware. The room was also right next to the kitchen so it always smelled of grease and was extremely noisey.
