The staff are super friendly and helped with any problems we experienced such as the WiFi (for my stepson) in which one of the members of staff even went as far as to accompany me to my room to check the WiFi. They also gave extra tea and coffee when we ran out in our room and were very attentive when it came to ordering food and drinks in the restaurant.
My two gripes were that as the hotel is in the middle of Krszesna miles from any shop. Sadly the hotel shop was closed on May 1st and we had to buy from the restaurant slightly more expensive. The other gripe wasn’t to do with the hotel but more the surroundings as the train service is currently being reconstructed there’s a bus service if you are lucky enough to catch it in the middle of the countryside

Pokój na poddaszu z niskimi stropami, o które uderzaliśmy głowami. Malutka łazienka. Niezbyt ładny zapach w pokoju i łazience. Hałas za oknem, bo parkowały tam auta. Przebudowa drogi lub torowiska trwająca kilkanaście może kilkadziesiąt metrów od gościńca - to było jak plac budowy. Absolutna pomyłka - to psuło wrażenie i oddzielało od pięknej natury, która byłą w pobliżu.
